According to the latest Vietnamese Patent Law and Regulations, the time limit for  entry into national phrase of PCT application with the designation of Vietnam under  PCT Article 22.1, as from the 01 April 2002, will be 31 months (but not 21 months)

31 months as to PCT applications with election of Vietnam under PCT Article 39(1)(b) remains unchanged.
