Mr. To Xuan Tuyen is a registered patent attorney of the Firm. Mr. Tuyen’s practice areas include preparation and prosecution patent of application and litigation. He is experienced in physics, semiconductor, mechanical and chemical engineering, materials science, chemistry and biotechnology fields. Mr. Tuyen also drafts and advises clients on software license, patent licenses and transfers.

Before to joining Ageless IP Attorneys & Consultants, Mr. Tuyen was a patent examiner of the NOIP and holds a position as Head of NOIP Patent Division since 1976 when it named the National Office of Invention. Mr. Tuyen is also one among very few specialists in the intellectual property field with the NOIP from its foundation date.

Mr. Tuyen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics Engineering in 1976 from the University of Bulgaria. He also received Diploma of Industrial Property Law in Moscow Institute of Industrial Property Law, Russia in 1980.

Mr. Tuyen is fluent in Vietnamese, English, Russia and Bulgaria.

Mr. Tuyen is admitted to practice before the NOIP.
