TRADEMARK APPLICATION IN CAMBODIA                 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE FILING

1. A Power of Attorney, signed by the applicant, notarized in applicant's country and submitted on the filing date.

2. Fifteen (15) prints of the trademark, which must be on durable and smooth paper, and must not exceed eight centimeters either in length or in width.

3. A certified copy of the priority documents if priority right is claimed.

INFORMATION

1. Full name and address of the applicant.

2. The list of goods/services classified in accordance with International  Nice Classification System.

3. The application No., the filing date and the country in which the first application was filed, if any.

4. The first use date, if any.
